1. The Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Signature Competition Hub Ltd, registered in England and Wales Company Number: 17246603, with its registered office at [51 Argyle Street, Mansfield, England, NG18 3AS (referred to as "the Promoter", "we", or "us").
2. The Competition
2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all competitions run by the Promoter on the website https://signaturecompetitionhub.com(the "Website"). 2.2. To comply with the UK Gambling Act 2005, our competitions are structured as Prize Competitions requiring a skilled question, alongside a compliant Free Entry Route. They do not constitute lotteries or regulated gambling. 2.3. Each competition will specify the prize, the maximum number of tickets available, the ticket price, and the scheduled closing date (the "Closing Date").
3. Eligibility
3.1. The competition is open to all residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the competition. 3.2. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof of age, identity, or residence before awarding a prize.
4. How to Enter (Paid Route)
4.1. To enter online, visit the Website, select the competition you wish to enter, and answer the skilled multiple-choice question provided. 4.2. Select the number of tickets you wish to purchase and complete the checkout process using our authorized payment processors. 4.3. Important Note on Skill: You must answer the question correctly to be entered into the draw. If you answer the question incorrectly, your payment will still be processed and you will be charged, but you will not be entered into the final draw.
5. How to Enter (Free Route)
5.1. To enter any competition for free, you must send your entry by first or second-class post to the Promoter at the following address: 51 Argyle Street, Mansfield, England, NG18 3AS. 5.2. Your postal entry must include the following clearly written information:

The name of the specific competition you wish to enter.

Your full name, address, date of birth, email address, and contact telephone number.

The correct answer to the skilled question for that specific competition. 5.3. Free entries are subject to the following conditions:

Only one entry per postcard or enclosed letter is permitted. Bulk entries in a single envelope will be treated as a single entry.

The entry must be received by the Promoter before the specified Closing Date. Postmarks will not be accepted as proof of timely delivery if received after the deadline.

Free entries are treated in exactly the same manner as paid entries and have an equal chance of winning. Incorrect answers will invalidate the entry without notification.
6. Ticket Limits and Draw Extension
6.1. The maximum number of entries allowed per person will be stated on each individual competition page. 6.2. Minimum Ticket Threshold: The final draw is dependent on a minimum of 70% of the total available tickets being sold by the scheduled Closing Date. 6.3. If less than 70% of the total tickets are sold by the scheduled Closing Date, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the Closing Date of the competition. 6.4. A competition may be extended up to a maximum of 4 times / 28 days total in order to meet the minimum threshold. If the threshold is still not met after the maximum extension period, the Promoter will either:

Proceed with the draw regardless of the ticket shortfall, OR

Offer a cash alternative prize equivalent to 70% of the total ticket revenue received for that specific competition, minus reasonable administrative costs.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
7.1. All entrants who provided the correct answer to the skilled question (whether via the paid online route or the free postal route) will be entered into a random draw. 7.2. The draw will take place within no more than 7 days of the Closing Date and will typically be broadcast via a live stream on our official social media channels to ensure transparency. 7.3. The winner will be contacted via the email address or telephone number provided at the time of entry within 5 days of the draw. 7.4. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or fails to provide valid verification within 14 days of the initial notification, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Delivery and Publicity
8.1. Prizes will be delivered to the winner’s verified address within Great Britain at the Promoter’s expense, unless otherwise stated. 8.2. Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable post-event publicity, such as providing a photograph with their prize for display on our Website and social media pages. You have the right to object to this or request that the amount of personal information published be reduced.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter.
10. Data Protection
10.1. By entering, you acknowledge that the Promoter will process your personal data in order to administer the competition and fulfill prizes, in strict compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
