Why is there a skill-based question to enter?
To comply fully with UK prize draw regulations, our competitions require an element of skill, knowledge, or judgement. This ensures our draws are legally classified as compliant prize competitions rather than a lottery, keeping everything transparent and above board.
Can I choose my own ticket numbers?
To keep the system fast, fair, and automated, our system randomly allocates your unique ticket numbers immediately after you successfully complete checkout and answer the skill-based question correctly. You will receive these numbers via your confirmation email and they will appear instantly in your account dashboard.
How do I know if I answered the question correctly?
Only entries with the correct answer to our skill-based question will be entered into the final live draw. If your answer is incorrect, you will still be charged, but your ticket will not be entered into the final pool—so make sure to read the question carefully before submitting your entry!
What happens if a competition doesn't sell out?
We aim to draw every competition on its original closing date; however, if a draw has sold less than 70% of its total tickets when the timer runs out, we may extend the competition by up to 7 days to allow more players the chance to get involved. If the threshold is reached during this extension, the draw will proceed immediately.
How do I watch the live draws?
We host all of our live draws directly on our official social media channels. If you miss the live stream, don't worry! We publish the full recorded video, along with the winning ticket numbers and names, on our Draw Results page shortly after the stream concludes.
